Team Roles

Project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing a team working on a project. His responsibility is to make sure everyone knows what the project is all about and what their responsibilities are. He will be communicating with each regularly to make sure they’re on track and to help resolve any issues that come up. He will also be delegating tasks to each team member to ensure they meet project goals and finish the project on time.

As a UI designer of WebApp, I have two responsibilities one is UI designer and the other is Graphic design. Both of them are crucial roles in website and app development. As a UI designer i have to work closely with the UX designer and the front-end developer to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and that the final product meets the needs of the user. My main goal is to create a user interface that is visually engaging, easy to use, and enhances the overall user experience.

The Front-end developer is responsible for coding and implementing the design using programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while also ensuring that the website or application is optimized for search engines as per the SEO protocols.

It is generally recommended to have separate individuals with different skill sets handle these roles to ensure that each area is given the necessary attention and expertise. However, in some cases, a UX designer may have a basic understanding of front-end development, but this should not be considered a primary responsibility.

QA Engineer will check things to make sure they work properly and are of excellent quality.

His or her job is to test products or services to see if they meet certain standards or requirements. This means he or she will try out different features, look for any problems or errors, and provide feedback to the developers or team responsible for creating the product.

The SEO specialist will make sure that our web app to find a new location to fly shows up higher in search engine results when people search for certain keywords. He or She does this by looking at how the website is built and how people are searching for things online. Then they make recommendations to improve the website so that it’s more likely to show up higher in search results. His or her goal is to help the website get more traffic and be seen by more people who are interested in what the website has to offer.
